Nate has two decades of financial writing and editing experience, primarily at Reuters News Service and Bloomberg News, where he covered companies and banks in Central Europe and Greater China. At Bloomberg he served as Warsaw bureau chief, later moving to Beijing, where he led a team of journalists covering the world’s largest financial institutions.
He has written for other publications including The Economist Intelligence Unit and Politico, and has appeared on Polish television and radio as a commentator on current affairs. Nate has also provided media training for directors of companies preparing for IPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He worked for the regional brokerage Wood & Company in Warsaw, and was part of the team that set up Dragon Capital, Ukraine’s largest investment bank, in 2000.
A native Californian, Nate is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and has worked in emerging markets since he moved to Poland in 1995. Nate speaks fluent Polish and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Russian.

Olga has charted the development of Poland’s capital markets since the mid-1990s. She served as a correspondent in the Warsaw bureau of Reuters News Service for 10 years starting in 1996, covering Polish listed companies from a variety of industries, and institutional investors including the country’s pension funds.
In 2006, Olga began her career in academic research on the development of Central European capital markets and economic policy, studying at the European University Institute in Florence. In 2012 she received her doctorate in social and political sciences.
She has lectured at Warsaw’s University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and works as an expert advisor with Poland’s Institute of Public Affairs. Olga is also a member of an international team conducting research for the European Commission.
She has lectured and authored papers on the development of capital markets in Central Europe, on regulatory policy and on economic aspects of European integration.

Paweł has been engaged with Poland’s financial markets for two decades, covering the largest listed companies in Poland and other Central European countries. He has analyzed the development of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, multi-billion dollar acquisitions and public offerings, as well as currency and debt markets.
Paweł began his professional career in the Warsaw bureau of the Reuters News Service. He joined Bloomberg News as a stock market reporter, later being promoted to editor and serving as deputy head of the Warsaw bureau. His work has appeared in publications including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, and he has provided training for the management boards of companies preparing for IPOs in Warsaw.
Paweł is a graduate of the University of Łódź and Kozminski University. He has completed professional education in Investment Advisory and Securities Analysis, and is preparing to take the Level II CFA exam.
